Hayfever

Am suffering from Hayfever these days. My experience last year was really bad, itching and running nose, tearing eyes and sleepless nights, you name it I had it last year.

Heard from some friends that once you got hayfever, it will last for the rest of your life during summer when there are plenty of pollens. But my opinion is as long as ones immune system is well, hayfever will sooner vanish, which means my current immune response is not too ideal.

Seriously have to take care of my health these days, coz I don't want to take medication to stop the symptoms.
